Mark Cuban--Why You Need To Listen To His Advice On Money

First of all, we're not here to talk about Shark Tank and Mark's role on it. Hell no.

Most of you still seem to think that putting your cash in mutual funds, stocks and things like real estate will save your sorry ass when you're older.

Good luck with that.

Cuban still keeps saying to keep your money squirreled away in cash. Yeah, I can hear you saying now that inflation will kill your money. I beg to differ.

What would you rather be doing, keeping your cash safe in a bank account or wondering if
your mutual funds will lose money this year?

Yeah, I thought so.

Here's what to do. Keep your cash in the bank and save on everyday items you buy,by buying them
in bulk. That's a bigger gain than you'll ever get in your mutual funds.

Next, keep that job and look for ways to make money on the side online, or in a service business
that doesn't cost much to start. Use money you can afford to lose.

It doesn't cost much to start a small service business. If someone tries to con you into spending many thousands of dollars,or get a loan to start a business, that just means you're easily duped, lets face it.

You have 24 hours in a bloody day. Work your job, start a small business with money you can afford to lose, remember that;and know that a certain business you start may not work out.

That's why you use money you can afford to lose. Get it now?

You can spend 2 or 3 hours a day in a small business and slowly build up if it works out.

And do the first part we talked about. Save money on everyday items by buying in bulk. And pay your bills and get rid of that credit card.

Don't fool around.

And for christ's sake keep your money safe in a bank account.

That way you'll sleep at night having peace of mind.
